Located at the very end of the uptown 1 train, The Last Stop is quintessential local magic. Offering a mix of Indian street food and classic bar snacks, coupled with 24 craft beers on draft and signature cocktails, we want our customers to have an experience that is unique, but feels like home.

Before its bar transformation, The Last Stop was home to Shortstop Diner, and is continuing its legacy of being a locally owned establishment serving a thriving neighborhood. The shift from running a favorite breakfast goldmine, the likes which even Jerry Seinfeld has yelped about, the Deol family reimagined their business to serve the needs of an evolving community.

During the week, the Last Stop hosts a variety of specials and events, including live music and performances, happy hour bar bites and cocktail deals, late night menus, and the continuous meshing of the community through food and music.

The bar’s main objective is to be the spot for locals to enjoy Uptown’s finest in culture, elevated bar food that fuses Indian and American classics, while vibing to music that makes you want to get up and dance. You don’t need to travel downtown for a great time- good vibes are in your backyard.

Come join us in the elevating the Bronx while maintaining its rich history. And don’t forget to try the butter chicken wings- they’ll seriously change your life. The Last Stop is where my culture meets your culture, and now it becomes our culture.
